| Soyabean Curry |
Soak the seeds for 8 hrs. Discard the
skin by rinsing with water. Heat oil in a
pan. Add onion & tomato. Fry for a
min. To it, add the ginger garlic paste,
turmeric, garam masala powder & sugar.
Fry for 5 min & till aroma emanates.
Slide in the soybean and mix well. Fry
further for a min. Now pour sufficient
amount of water and steam cook till
done. Make sure that the beans are
boiled. Add salt. When boiled and
done, sprinkle chopped cilantro. Serve
hot with Indian puffed bread or rice.

liquorice; 500 ml water; 2 tsp oil;

Soak liquorice in water for a few hours.
Steam tomatoes, peas, spinach and
liquorice with water. Mash well & strain.
Keep the strained water & the pulp aside.
Chop the okra into small pieces. Heat oil
& fry the cumin seeds. When it splutters,
add okra. Fry for 4-5 min. Now add the strained water & some amount of the pulp.
Let boil for 5-8 min. Serve, hot soup. |

grated coconut. When done and water

add the curry leaves and asafetida. Now
add the grind paste to it along with a little

jaggery water and mix thoroughly. When
